(Birth and Death Records after 1908 can be found at either the City of New Philadelphia Health Department (if birth or death occurred within the city limits of New Philadelphia) at 150 East High Avenue, New Philadelphia or at the Tuscarawas County Health Department, 897 East Iron Avenue, Dover)

Note: The Court only has one microfilm reader/printer. Users will have to share their time to use the machine.
